The Operator is responsible for the daily care and maintenance of the units in the Program, whether or not they are rented, at no additional cost to the owner. He is in charge of developing a management of marketing and sales, in order to achieve the objectives of Occupation of the units in the Program. It also offers the services of:

The Operator provides lingerie and amenities to the units within the Program. Provides and maintains the A & B service in the Project, both in the Pool Bar, and in the Lobby Lounge; and carries a preventive maintenance routine in the units, duly identified in the contract with the owner.
The Operator is in charge of the daily Preventive Maintenance of the Units in the Program, and minor repairs are the responsibility of the Owner; those repairs or replacement of upholstery or equipment that obey the natural wear and tear, having exhausted the useful life.
